Shoebox Bookkeeping
$50 Per Hour Do you have receipts in grocery bags, boxes or in various places?

Shoebox bookkeeping literally means that all of your receipts, invoices and bank statements are all put into a grocery bag or shoebox for later processing. Overtime this box becomes overwhelming and now it’s too much to handle anymore.

Send us your documents and we will handle the rest. We will take all of your receipts, invoices and bank statements help you get organized and create your QuickBooks company to make running your business, keeping track of customers and sales much easier. It will also help your accountant be able to prepare your taxes much easier.

Payroll Processing
($50 per month & $3 per employee/per pay period)

We will process you payroll weekly or bi-weekly. All payments will be done using direct deposit, pay stubs will be e-mailed directly to your employees. We will file all payroll forms (940, 941), pay all payroll taxes and process W-2’s, W-3 at the end of the year. All you need to do is provide the following information and we will handle the rest

  • Employee name, address, phone number & e-mail address
  • Employee social security number and Pay rate
  • Send us each employee’s weekly or bi-weekly hours
  • Provide any overtime hours
